This easy mug cake is a delicious single-serve dessert. No egg, gluten-free, and dairy-free!

INGREDIENTS

Mix oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla.

Step 1:

Combine almond flour, arrowroot starch, and cinnamon.

Step 2:

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples.

Step 3:

Microwave for 90 seconds!
