Blueberry Cobbler  (Gluten-Free)

This Gluten-Free Blueberry Cobbler is loaded with fresh blueberries, and a hint of lemon, and topped with soft, lightly sweetened biscuits. Dairy-free too!



STEP 1: Combine the blueberry filling ingredients.

STEP 2: Transfer the blueberry mixture to prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

STEP 3: Combine the biscuit ingredients in a medium bowl.

STEP 4: Add almond milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients.

STEP 5: Drop biscuit dough on top of the blueberries.

STEP 6: Bake for 24-26 minutes.
