This gluten-free brown rice tortillas recipe is a simple way to have homemade tortillas.  Use them for tacos, quesadillas, and more!  Dairy-free and vegan!


Step 1: Mix together dry ingredients.

Step 2: Add hot water and oil.

Step 3: Divide tortilla dough into 8 wedges.

Step 4: Roll each wedge into a ball.

Step 5: Roll out dough into a circle.

Step 6: Cook tortilla in skillet for a minute on each side.
