brown rice tortillas

What you'll need:

– brown rice flour – arrowroot starch – psyllium husk   powder – avocado oil (or   coconut oil) – lime zest (optional)

Step 1: Mix together ingredients and form into a ball. Slice ball into 8 wedges.

Step 2: Roll each wedge into a ball.

Step 3: Roll out flat with a rolling pin. Transfer to a heated skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side.

Step 4: Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
