Cardamom simple syrup

What you'll need

Organic cane sugar Cardamom seeds or pods Cinnamon stick Lemon peel Pure vanilla extract

1. Toast your cardamom seeds. 2. Add cane sugar, water, lemon peel, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. 3. Heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. 4. Simmer, then remove from heat and cool.
