Carrot Fries Recipe

These Oven Baked Carrot Fries tossed with olive oil and spices make a delicious healthy side dish or snack.  Add your favorite dipping sauce or serve with an entree.  Gluten-free + vegan.

INGREDIENTS

Carrots Olive Oil Paprika Garlic Powder Salt + Pepper Cornstarch or Arrowroot Starch Fresh Parsley

STEP 1: Place carrots in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cornstarch over mixture and toss again.

STEP 2: Toss carrot mixture with parsley. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

STEP 3: Serve with favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish!
