Date Caramel Pretzel Bark

This Salted Date Caramel Pretzel Bark is made from dairy-free chocolate, naturally sweetened date caramel, and gluten-free pretzels! An easy bark recipe that everyone will love!


Dairy-free chocolate chips Medjool dates Maple syrup Coconut oil Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk Pure vanilla extract Gluten-free pretzels

STEP 1: Blend date caramel ingredients in a blender.

STEP 2: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Spread chocolate in an even layer onto prepared baking sheet.

STEP 3: Swirl date caramel throughout the chocolate.

STEP 4: Sprinkle crushed pretzels and sea salt over top. Chill for 30 minutes, or until firm. Break into pieces!
