This sweet almond cookies recipe is gluten-free thanks to almond flour and tapioca starch. The result is a soft and chewy cookie.

INGREDIENTS

Whisk sugar, maple syrup, and tapioca starch.

Add in almond flour and dry ingredients.

Roll cookie dough balls in sugar.

Bake and let cool!
