This easy Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler with a cinnamon apples filling and soft oat flour biscuits is the perfect dessert for fall.  Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!  Dairy-free and vegan.

STEP 1: In a large bowl, add melted butter, water, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, cane sugar, 1 tablespoon white rice flour, vanilla extract, and salt.

STEP 2: Transfer apple filling to prepared baking dish.

STEP 2: Top apple filling with cobbler topping dough. Bake!
