STEP 1: Combine dry ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Add vegan butter and process until there is a clumpy meal. Pour tablespoons of ice water into the food processor and process.
STEP 2: Transfer dough to an oat-floured piece of parchment paper and roll out to 1/16 inch. Use a pizza slicer and cut 1-inch squares. Transfer to a prepared baking pan.
