Chicken Carrots Celery Onion Chicken Broth Olive Oil Garlic Spices

STEP 1: Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Add the carrots, celery, and onions and cook until soft.

STEP 2: Add garlic and cook for one minute, then add thyme, rosemary, ginger, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
