Gluten Free Chocolate Molasses Cookies

These Gluten Free Chocolate Molasses Cookies are a combination of cocoa, almond flour, vanilla, and molasses.  Simple ingredients for a delicious soft and chewy cookie. Vegan too!


Almond Flour Cocoa Powder Organic Cane Sugar Coconut Oil Vanilla Extract Chia Seeds Tapioca Starch Molasses Coconut Sugar


STEP 1: In a small mixing bowl, combine coconut sugar and molasses, followed by coconut oil. Then add the chia egg and vanilla extract.

STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients.

STEP 3: Add wet ingredients and stir until ingredients are mostly incorporated and a dough forms.

STEP 4: Place organic cane sugar on a plate. Scoop out cookie dough and roll in a ball. Place on plate with sugar, roll to coat, then place on prepared baking sheet. Bake!
