gluten free dairy free apple crumble

This easy Gluten-Free Apple Crumble is made with a cinnamon apples filling and an oat flour crumble topping.  Serve this total crowd-pleaser warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1: Toss the crisp apples in a large bowl with cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, and arrowroot starch.

STEP 2: Add the organic cane sugar and cold butter to a medium bowl. Cream with an electric mixer. Cut in oat flour and starch.

STEP 3: Cover the top of the apples with the crumble mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top of the crumble golden brown and bubbly.
