Step 1: Whisk dairy-free pudding ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Transfer to a glass bowl and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Step 3: Mix powdered sugar and cream cheess and coconut cream. Combine with pudding.
Step 4: Take part of the cookie crumbs and spread them in the prepared baking dish. Spread the pudding mixture over the crumbs in an even layer.
Step 5: Continue to layer. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
