What    you'll     need

Step 1: Combine coconut sugar, egg, molasses, coconut oil and vanilla.

Step 2: Combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Add wet ingredients to dry.

Step 3: Roll cookie dough balls in sugar before placing them on baking sheets.

Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
