Gluten-free monster cookies

This monster cookie recipe is made healthier with coconut sugar and maple syrup.  Chocked full of old fashioned oats, nut butter, dairy-free m&m candies, and pretzels for the best gluten-free cookies!

INGREDIENTS

Gluten-Free Oats Almond Butter or  Peanut Butter Ground Flaxseed Almond Flour Coconut Sugar Maple Syrup Chocolate Candies or Chocolate Chips Gluten-Free Pretzels

STEP 1: In a large bowl, whisk almond butter, maple syrup, and flax egg together.

STEP 2: Add coconut sugar, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

STEP 3: Using a cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough and gently roll it into a ball.

STEP 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack.
