Gluten-free peach cake

What  you'll   need

Step 1: Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.. In a small bowl, whisk honey, milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Step 2: Using a hand mixer and  add the wet ingredients mixture to the dry ingredients.

Step 3: Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

Step 4: Arrange peach slices on top of the cake batter in a single layer even circular pattern. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
