gluten-free pumpkin cookies

What   you'll   need

Step 1: In the bowl of a food processor add the cane sugar and wet ingredients.

Step 2: Add the dry ingredients and process until a dough forms.

Step 3: Scoop dough. Roll into a ball with your hands and place on cookie sheet.

Step 4: Frost cooled cookies with glaze and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Serve and enjoy!
