Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies

These easy Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies are made with almond flour and filled with your favorite jam! Dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan.


Almond Flour Coconut Oil Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract Almond Extract Jam


In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and almond extracts. Whisk to combine. Add almond flour and salt. Stir until dough forms.


Scoop dough and roll it into a smooth ball. Place onto prepared baking sheet in even rows. Use your index finger to make an indentation in the center of each cookie dough ball.


Fill the indention with jam filling, just to the top of the indention.


Bake for 13-15 minutes. Transfer baked cookies to a wire rack to cool.
