Chocolate Chips Coconut Oil Creamy Peanut Butter Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1: Stir peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl.

STEP 2: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

STEP 3: Place one teaspoon of melted chocolate in the bottom of each liner. Freeze!

STEP 4: Scoop one teaspoon of the peanut butter layer and set in center of each muffin cup.

STEP 5: Cover each with a teaspoon of the melted chocolate mixture. Freeze to set!
