Hibiscus Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

This pink cocktail is made with a hibiscus simple syrup, vodka, and grapefruit juice.  From brunch drinks to happy hour, this delicious hibiscus cocktail fits the bill!

STEP 1: Steep hibiscus tea in a saucepan.

STEP 2: Add honey and cook until dissolved.

STEP 3: Keep hibiscus simple syrup in an airtight jar.

STEP 4: Place ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Add grapefruit juice, vodka, hibiscus simple syrup, and lemon juice!
