Honey  Almond Butter

Homemade Honey Roasted Almond Butter is perfect for snacks, sandwiches, breakfast, and smoothies!  So many uses with only 3 ingredients! Gluten-free.

Raw Almonds

Avocado Oil

Honey

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1: Spread almonds evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes then allow them to cool.

STEP 2: Transfer almonds to the bowl of a food processor and process until crumbly. Add neutral oil, if using, then honey and salt. Process until smooth.

TIPS

Be prepared to stop the food processor every so often to scrape down the sides of the bowl. While optional, adding a neutral oil can help speed up processing time and results in a creamier butter.
