Iced Lemon Butter Cookies (gluten-free)

Easy Lemon Butter Cookies with a deliciously tart lemon glaze.  Gluten-free, grain-free, and refined sugar-free.



Butter or Vegan Butter Organic Cane Sugar Honey Egg Almond Flour Coconut Flour Lemon Juice

STEP 1: Add the butter, cane sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

STEP 2: Add almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda and process until a dough forms.

STEP 3: Use a tablespoon to scoop dough. Roll into a ball with your hands and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

STEP 4: Make lemon glaze and ice the cooled cookies.
