Millet Grits with Mushrooms

Creamy mushroom grits and savory mushrooms are a delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and corn-free option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


Millet Tamari Mushrooms Nutritional Yeast Spices Maple Syrup Olive Oil Almond Milk


STEP 1: Bring millet and almond milk to a boil. Reduce heat and add nutritional yeast and garlic powder. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

STEP 2: Stir in butter and lemon juice, remove from heat.

STEP 3: Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat, then add remaining ingredients.

STEP 4: Cook on medium-low. Divide millet and top with mushrooms and remaining liquid and serve warm.
