millet tabbouleh salad

Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern salad traditionally with finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, and bulgur wheat. This recipe uses naturally gluten-free millet in place of bulgur wheat!

INGREDIENTS

Millet Parsley Mint Cucumber Tomato  Red onion Lemon juice Olive oil 

Cook millet until light and fluffy.

Step 1:

Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder in a small bowl.

Step 2:

Toss and let millet salad chill and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
