Step 1: Place all crust ingredients except maple syrup and vanilla in the bowl of a food processor.
Step 2: Process until you have coarse crumbs. Drizzle in maple syrup. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tart pan.
Step 3: Add one and a half cups of blueberries, sugar, zest, and salt, lemon juice, and arrowroot to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Step 4: Once blueberry mixture has cooled, fold in remaining blueberries. Transfer to pie crust and chill for 3 hours.
