No bake date nut bars

What    you'll     need

Step 1: In the bowl of a food processor place whole dates, cashews, oats, and salt. Process until "dough" comes together.

Step 2: Press the date mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan into an even layer.

Step 3: In a small bowl add melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top of the date layer.

Step 4: Press fruit on top of the chocolate layer until covered. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
