Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffins

These gluten-free Oatmeal Peanut Butter Muffins take just minutes to prepare and are whipped up in the blender. Made with wholesome ingredients, they make for a perfect breakfast option!

Old Fashioned Oats Natural Peanut Butter Unsweetened Applesauce Maple Syrup Chocolate Chips


STEP 1: In a high speed blender add applesauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, flax egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2: Fold in gluten-free oats until evenly incorporated. Using a ¼ measuring cup, fill muffin cups just over half full.

STEP 3: Sprinkle oats or chocolate chips or both on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
