Oreo No bake balls

These no bake oreo balls are made with 4 simple ingredients.  Use gluten-free oreo cookies and dairy-free cream cheese for vegan oreo balls! A delicious no bake dessert recipe!


STEP 1: Pulse cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.

STEP 2: Place cookie crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt.

STEP 3: Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Scoop dough and roll it into a ball.

STEP 4: Dip each oreo truffle in the melted chocolate before placing it in a single layer on the baking sheet with parchment paper.
