pear crumble

This easy Pear Crumble is made with fresh juicy pears, warm spices, and an oat flour crumble topping.  Serve with a scoop  of vanilla ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

Bartlett Pears Oat Flour Arrowroot Starch Maple Syrup Organic Cane Sugar Ground Cinnamon Ground Ginger Vegan Butter

STEP 1: Place pears into a large mixing bowl and toss with arrowroot starch, salt, and cinnamon. Add maple syrup and  vanilla.

STEP 2: Transfer pear mixture to prepared baking dish.

STEP 3: In the large bowl add cane sugar and butter. Cut in vanilla, oat flour, arrowroot, and salt until oat mixture has pea-sized coarse crumbs.

STEP 4: Cover the top of the pears in an even layer with the crumble mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
