Bartlett Pears
Oat Flour
Arrowroot Starch
Maple Syrup
Organic Cane Sugar
Ground Cinnamon

STEP 1:
Place pears into a large mixing bowl and toss with arrowroot starch, salt, and cinnamon. Add maple syrup and vanilla.

Transfer pear mixture to prepared baking dish.

In the large bowl add cane sugar and butter. Cut in vanilla, oat flour, arrowroot, and salt until oat mixture has pea-sized coarse crumbs.
