Peppermint Snowball Cookies

These easy Chocolate Peppermint Snowball Cookies are made gluten-free with almond flour and sweetened with coconut sugar and powdered sugar. Make these peppermint balls for the holiday season - everyone will love them!


Unsalted Butter or Vegan Butter Coconut Sugar Powdered Sugar Almond Flour Arrowroot Starch Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Peppermint Extract Vanilla Extract


STEP 1:In a large bowl, cream butter and coconut sugar. Add the remainder of the ingredients except for powdered sugar. Place bowl in freezer to chill for about 30 minutes.

STEP 2: Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes and place baking sheet on wire rack.

STEP 3: Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 10 minutes before removing and placing cookies directly on wire rack to cool completely.

STEP 4: Place powdered sugar on a plate. Roll cookies in powdered sugar to coat.
