INGREDIENTS

Red Lentils Tahini Lemon Juice Olive Oil Smoked Paprika Cumin Ginger

STEP 1: Add lentils and water to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then lower heat, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes.

STEP 2: Lentils will have absorbed water and look mushy.

STEP 3: Transfer cooked lentils and all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.

STEP 3: Process until smooth.
