What    you'll     need

Step 1:  Whisk the flour, water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt together until a smooth batter forms.

Step 2: Transfer batter into skillet and broil for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3: Slice into small wedges

Step 4: Place socca wedges in a saucepan for one minute. Flip and cook for another minute.

Serve and enjoy!
