spinach tofu quiche

This easy eggless quiche is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner! A delicious savory gluten-free tart that is also dairy-free.

INGREDIENTS

Step 1: Combine almond flour, oat flour, cane sugar, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and water.

Step 2: Transfer crust dough to the prepared pan.

Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4: Saute spinach, onions, and garlic.

Step 5: Pour the tofu mixture into a saucepan and combine sautéed vegetables.

Step 6: Transfer mixture to prepared tart crust and bake!
