Strawberry Baked Oatmeal

Healthy Strawberry Baked Oatmeal made with ground flaxseed, almond milk, and sweetened with maple syrup.  Use freeze-dried or fresh strawberries. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1: Add the dry ingredients to the prepared baking dish. Whisk to combine. Add strawberries and the wet ingredients.

STEP 2: Bake for 30-35 minutes. The top should start to turn golden brown and the edges will brown.

– Check on your oatmeal during baking and tent it with foil if it looks like there may be over-browning. – Individual portions can easily be reheated in the microwave.
