These Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies are loaded with oats, banana, cocoa, and flaxseed to make for a healthy and delicious gluten-free breakfast cookie! Subtly sweet and no refined sugar!

INGREDIENTS

Oats Cocoa Powder Peanut Butter Banana Coconut Sugar Almond Milk Coconut Oil

STEP 1: In a medium bowl, add oats, flaxseed, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Add mashed banana, peanut butter, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and almond milk.

STEP 2: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts. Scoop cookie dough and place on baking sheet in even rows. Bake!
