Vegan  cream of mushroom soup

This easy recipe for creamy vegan mushroom soup is made with simple ingredients. You'll love it much more than the canned stuff!


STEP 1: Add olive oil to a saucepan and garlic. Put in the mushrooms, thyme, and spices.

STEP 2: Cook over medium heat until softened.

STEP 3: Pour in the apple cider vinegar, vegetable broth and coconut milk. Sprinkle rice flour over mixture.

STEP 3: Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
