Add olive oil to a saucepan and garlic. Put in the mushrooms, thyme, and spices.
Cook over medium heat until softened.
Pour in the apple cider vinegar, vegetable broth and coconut milk. Sprinkle rice flour over mixture.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
