Vegan Eggnog

This Homemade Vegan Eggnog recipe is an easy, healthier version of the holiday drink. Made in a blender, enjoy it with or without alcohol!


Medjool dates Unsweetened almond milk Full fat coconut milk Maple syrup Pure vanilla extract Ground nutmeg and cinnamon Bourbon, rum, or brandy (optional)


STEP 1: Soak the dates for 5 minutes.

STEP 2: Add dates and remaining ingredients (except alcohol) to blender. Blend on high until smooth.

STEP 3: Pour into glasses with alcohol, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve!
