Vegan  Healthy  Peach Muffins

What you'll need:

Almond Flour Oat Flour Fresh Peaches Coconut Oil Almond Milk Flaxseed Vanilla Extract

Step 1: In a blender, add flaxseeds, almond milk, lemon juice, two quartered peaches, and melted coconut oil.

Step 2: In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients.

Step 3: Fold the wet ingredients mixture into the dry mixture.

Step 4: Allow to cool to room temperature before drizzling icing on top.

Serve and enjoy!
