vegan roasted red pepper sauce

What    you'll     need

Step 1: Let cashews and hot water rest in the jar of a high-powered blender for  10 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat the broiler to high. Add peppers to a baking sheet lined with foil.

Step 3: Broil peppers for 20 minutes. Make sure they are beautifully charred on all sides!

Step 4: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Use tongs to add the peppers to a large glass bowl carefully.

Step 5: Transfer the peppers to a cutting board and remove the skin. Remove the stem, core, and seeds, and slice them into strips.

Step 6: Drain the water from the blender and place the soaked cashews back into the blender.

Serve and enjoy!
