Ingredients

  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce limoncello
  • club soda

Instructions

  • Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker or cocktail mixing glass and muddle.
  • Fill shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients to shaker.
  • Put top on shaker and shake vigorously (or stir vigorously in mixing glass).
  • Strain mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top drink with club soda.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge and additional raspberries if desired.

Notes

  • Don't have a muddle? The handle end of a wooden spoon will do in a pinch.
  • Plain club soda is best here, but you can always try unsweetened flavored sparkling water if that's what you have.
  • Limoncello can be found at most liquor stores. You can make your own limoncello too!
