- 5 fresh raspberries
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce limoncello
- club soda
Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker or cocktail mixing glass and muddle.
Fill shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients to shaker.
Put top on shaker and shake vigorously (or stir vigorously in mixing glass).
Strain mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top drink with club soda.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and additional raspberries if desired.
- Don't have a muddle? The handle end of a wooden spoon will do in a pinch.
- Plain club soda is best here, but you can always try unsweetened flavored sparkling water if that's what you have.
- Limoncello can be found at most liquor stores. You can make your own limoncello too!
