Using frozen bananas and frozen oranges allows us to skip the need for ice cubes. Slice the banana and section the fresh oranges and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer until frozen solid then transfer the fruit to a freezer-safe ziploc bag.
This recipe relies on the natural sweetness of fresh fruit. Feel free to add a little bit of the sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey to make it a little sweeter.
