Vegan Orange Creamsicles

These Vegan Orange Creamsicles are an easy 4-ingredients popsicle recipe! Gluten-free, dairy-free.

Instructions

  • Combine orange juice, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  • Whisk until ingredients are completely incorporated. (Taste test now - if you prefer sweeter, add a little more maple syrup. For a stronger orange flavor, add additional orange juice.)
  • Divide mixture between 10-cavity popsicle mold. Add mold top and popsicle sticks. If using a mold that doesn’t come with a top that holds the popsicle sticks, freeze popsicles for about an hour and then add sticks.
  • Freeze popsicles for 2-3 hours until frozen.
  • Once ready, run warm water over the molds to help loosen and remove.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Tips for this recipe:
Full fat canned coconut can separate. Be sure to reintegrate the thickened white part with the rest of the liquid before measuring.
To make removal from the popsicle molds a bit easier, run warm water on the outside of the popsicle mold until they start to loosen. 
To keep this popsicle recipe refined sugar-free, use unsweetened orange juice.
