This easy Gluten-Free Cold Spinach Dip can be whipped up in minutes and will be a total crowd favorite! A perfect appetizer for parties, gatherings, and game days.
Squeeze excess water out of thawed spinach and mix with sour cream in a medium bowl.
Stir in the nutritional yeast, spices, salt, and black pepper, followed by the tamari.
Fold in the water chestnuts.
Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving. Dip can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Please note: If you use fresh spinach instead of frozen, you will need to cook the spinach beforehand.
Serve this easy dip in a small or medium bowl, a large ramekin, or a bread bowl. Make it a party platter and serve with your choice of gluten-free crackers, sliced baguettes, or fresh vegetables.
Tamari is also known as gluten-free soy sauce. Coconut aminos can be substituted to make it soy-free. Regular soy sauce can be used if gluten-free is not a dietary need.
