Gluten-Free Crispy Onion Strings

This homemade Gluten-Free Crispy Onion Strings recipe is baked, not fried!   Made with simple ingredients, they make a great topping and easy appetizer. Bake in the oven or air fryer!

INGREDIENTS

YELLOW ONION WHITE RICE FLOUR COCONUT MILK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SPICES

STEP 1: In a medium bowl, combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar. In a separate shallow dish, add the dry ingredients.

STEP 2: In batches, drop thinly sliced onions into the milk mixture to coat.

STEP 3: Transfer the onions to the rice flour mixture and dredge to coat.

STEP 4: Spray onions with cooking spray. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven halfway through baking and flip the onions.
