YELLOW ONION
WHITE RICE FLOUR
COCONUT MILK
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
SPICES

STEP 1:
In a medium bowl, combine almond milk and apple cider vinegar. In a separate shallow dish, add the dry ingredients.

In batches, drop thinly sliced onions into the milk mixture to coat.

Transfer the onions to the rice flour mixture and dredge to coat.
