Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 3 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz club soda

Garnishes

  • lemon slices optional
  • mint, thyme, or rosemary sprig optional

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass or old-fashioned glass with ice.
  • Pour the ingredients into the glass and give it a quick stir. Garnish with lemon slices or a lemon twist, fresh herbs like mint, thyme, or rosemary sprigs, or even frozen berries.

Notes

I recommend using a dry Prosecco to balance the sweet-tart flavor of limoncello nicely.
