Gluten Free Sugar Cookies Bars

This easy Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars recipe is perfect for any occasion.  Made with wholesome almond flour and coconut flour and a thick layer of vegan buttercream frosting. Perfect for the holidays!



Almond Flour Coconut Flour Agave Syrup Organic Cane Sugar Vegan Butter Vanilla Extract Almond Extract Powdered Sugar

STEP 1: In a large bowl, add tapioca starch and water. Whisk to combine.

STEP 2: Add the remaining wet and dry ingredients. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 14-15 minutes.

STEP 3: Mix frosting ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with a hand mixer until smooth.

STEP 4: Using a spatula, frost bars and add colorful sprinkles if desired. Cut into large bars or bite-sized squares.
