Birthday Cake White Chocolate Pretzels are the perfect easy, no-bake treat for parties and celebrations. Made with gluten-free pretzels, vegan white chocolate, and rainbow sprinkles, they come together in under 30 minutes. This quick recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and fun for kids and adults.
5oz (approx. 2 cups)gluten-free mini pretzel twists
9 oz (approx. 1 ½ cups)vegan white chocolate chips
2teaspoonscoconut oil
3-4tablespoonsrainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate with a fork, flip with a fork to coat. Shake off excess and place on the lined sheet.
Immediately top with sprinkles. Let sit at room temperature until set or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
