Ingredients

  • 5 oz (approx. 2 cups) gluten-free mini pretzel twists
  • 9 oz (approx. 1 ½ cups) vegan white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip pretzels into the melted chocolate with a fork, flip with a fork to coat. Shake off excess and place on the lined sheet.
  • Immediately top with sprinkles. Let sit at room temperature until set or refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Notes

Pretzels - Use your favorite brand of gluten-free (vegan) pretzels. I like using Snyder's or Quinn's for a grain-free option.
To store: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
