Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Campari
  • 1 oz club soda
  • squeeze of orange slice

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass or old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Campari into the ice-filled wine glass followed by Processo and club soda. Squeeze one orange slice into the glass. Garnish with a second orange slice. Give a quick stir and garnish as desired.

Notes

Garnish: You can also use a grapefruit slice instead of orange.
This Campari spritz recipe is easily customizable. For a sweeter cocktail, reduce the Campari and use more Prosecco to cut Campari's bitterness.
