  • In a small saucepan, add organic cane sugar and water. Bring to a boil and then turn heat to low, stirring often until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add mint. Allow to steep for about 15 minutes, then strain syrup into a sterile airtight jar or container.
  • Allow syrup to cool before sealing with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

Notes

To freeze: Once the syrup cools, transfer it into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid and then store in a freezer-safe ziplock bag for up to 3 months.
